    Question

When I saw that Molly now has skates you can buy by themselves, the first thing that came to mind is will the party games set be retired? That's the one that comes with a pin the tail...,jumprope and skates. I wonder if that will get retired?

I hope not, too! But this is a good point. Why two sets of roller skates for Molly? That really doesn't make a lot of sense. AG could have brought out a different activity for her instead of duplicating something she already had, so why do it unless..gulp, I hate to say it...the party games are going to change somehow?

I wondered about that too. I posted a week or two ago that they were selling Molly's red rollerskates at the outlet-they had a big bin of them. It kind of surprised me, but I couldn't see them discontinuing the whole set. I would be willing to bet that they are clearing out the red skates and when they are gone, they will just have substitute the turquoise skates as part of her birthday set. I don't see that it would be such a terrible change, as long as they keep the rest of the set available. JMO.

I wondered if maybe this is in preparation for her friend Emily. Although they shared a pair of skates in her birthday book, probably few girls would want to play with their dolls each wearing only one skate. This way they can have different color pairs.

Just curious, how much are the red skates at the outlet?
